Cilantro Mango Salsa

1 large bunch cilantro
1 large very ripe mango diced small
3 crushed and minced cloves of garlic
Serrano pepper to taste start with 1
Tablespoons olive oil
sea salt to taste
2-3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice

sound odd? it tastes amazing!


This can be made a day ahead so the flavor will have time to develop.
Phenomenal on grilled fish, shrimp, chicken, and quesadillas.
